The total stay was nice for the price. The room was recently renovated and a decent size, with an air conditioning, coffee, and a couch. Walk-in showers in the separate bathroom was a plus. The hotel had a central setting easy to get to many excellent restaurants.

We appreciated that fancy hotel. Unbeatable and magnificent location, it was minutes from a boat dock. The area was really quiet. The room was newly decorated and decent sized, it included climate control, coffee, and a couch. The staff were amicable and attentive, no complains at all.

Everything was brand-new with nicely updated rooms. The rooms with a comfortable bed. Location near local restaurants and so miles down the road. Also, in a tourist area.

Additionally, each room has parking available in front, allowing for easy access to your vehicle.

One drawback mentioned is the lack of a pool, which might have been a nice addition for guests seeking a swimming option on-site.

The location was quiet central in the safe area. Throughout the day staff where incredibly helpful and attentive.

The motel is conveniently located near Newport and Bristol, making it a great choice for exploring those areas. Additionally, the motel offers easy access to the main route, making it convenient for travelers continuing their journey.

There were some disappointing elements, such as uncomfortable sofa beds and thin mattresses. The lack of iron and ironing board, limited TV channels, and stained blanket were also drawbacks.

We return to this motel frequently. It is a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and clean. And the suites are a particularly good value. We will continue to stay at Founder's Brook in the future!

As adventure travelers, we were thrilled with the ample parking for our trailer of kayaks at Founder's Brook. The immaculate gardens were a beautiful sight to see, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The database owner was incredibly helpful and even reached out to us when we were hours late for check-in. Our room was prepared for our late arrival, with a light left on to guide us. The motel's remodel gave it a cozy and quaint atmosphere, and everything was exceptionally clean. we were extremely satisfied with the facilities and amenities provided.

We felt lucky to have found a room at Founder's Brook during the busy 4th of July weekend. As such, we have no complaints whatsoever.
