This wasn’t what I expected – Good or Bad?
The suite was beautifully decorated, clean, and exceptionally comfortable! Extra toiletries were even included! !
The property requires updates. the kitchen area felt outdated, and maintenance issues like ripped screens were evident.

Here’s my unfiltered experience
I enjoyed my stay immensely! The charming grounds boast beautiful flowers, and my room was spotless and newly updated. The comfortable bed ensured a peaceful night's sleep. Easy check-in after dark made it convenient, and I appreciated the separate sitting area. A hidden gem that's a short drive from Newport!

Clean room, comfortable room, perfect for a quick getaway with easy access to Newport and a microwave and small fridge for those late-night snacks.

can't wait to go back
Great spot with newly renovated rooms that are super clean. The kitchenette was handy with a microwave and small fridge. The beds were comfy. Only downside was no coffee pot in the room. Quick access to Newport and great local breweries like Ragged Island. Perfect for our girls' weekend getaway.

Stylish Retreat with Excellent Location!
Our three-night stay in the Standard Queen Room exceeded expectations, thanks to its clean and updated design. Loved the handy coffee maker and the vibrant beach vibes just three minutes away! A tip, don't forget to ask for extra towels upfront. Staff were warm and welcoming.

Recommend it for families needing space
The suite was HUGE and had a separate living area with a pullout couch and large TV! Plus, my kids loved the free snacks they offered in the lobby!
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was still reasonable for what you get.

I found this motel to be very welcoming upon arrival. The check-in process was straightforward, and the staff was friendly. The room had a noticeable smell that reminded me of dampness, likely from the air conditioning. While it was generally clean and well laid out, the outdated decor was hard to ignore. The kitchenette felt like it hadn't been updated since the 1950s, and the fridge had a bit of mold in it. It could definitely use some modern touches. The living room was spacious with a comfortable pull-out couch, and the two full-size beds were great. However, there was no housekeeping during our stay, which I missed. It would have been nice to return to a tidied room with fresh towels. On a positive note, the bathroom was clean, but it needed an update as well. The cracked floor tiles didn’t add to the appeal. Overall, I appreciate the efforts to maintain cleanliness, but a renovation would make a big difference here.

Clean and quiet room upon arrival.
Our one-bedroom suite had a poor layout, making it difficult to navigate with the A/C unit in an awkward spot. The stay was meant to be relaxing, but the traffic situation getting to Bristol was frustrating, often causing delays. Additionally, it would have been nice to have a better selection of tea options. instead, the strong smell of cleaning products was overwhelming.
